Dr. Bacigalupi has expertise in the area of starting a new college of optometry.  He was the founding dean of the Kentucky College of Optometry.  Planning a new college is complicated, so experience counts.

Having guided a new college through the initial accreditation process with "no recommendations", Dr. Bacigalupi can assist you in understanding this complex process and help you avoid any "pit falls" along the way.
